Last-Chance Summer Camps in Cupertino: 4 Weeks Leftto Build, Code & Create (2026)

Summer break is flying by — but if your child hasn’t had their “I built that!” moment yet, there’s still time. STEM4Kids in Cupertino has four camp weeks remaining, running July 20 through August 12, with openings across our robotics, coding, and art programs.

Why the Last Weeks of Summer Are Actually the Best Weeks By August,

kids have had their downtime. Screens are getting old, siblings are getting on each other’s nerves, and parents are counting the days until school starts. A camp week in late July or August does two things at once: it gives your child something exciting to end summer on, and it warms their brain back up before the school year begins. Teachers notice the difference.

What’s Still Open (Weeks 7–10)

Every camp runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM at 20900 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino. Pick any week that works for your family:

For young learners (ages 5½–9):

Junior Lego Robotics with Spike Essential — first robots, built through play. No experience needed.

Vex Go Robotics — colorful, approachable robotics for ages 5¾–9.

For elementary coders (ages 7–10):

CodeMaker: Code & Design Games with Scratch — kids design and code their own video games from scratch (literally).

For older kids and pre-teens (ages 9–14):

Python Programming — real-world coding skills used by professional developers. Advanced Lego Robotics with EV3 or Spike Prime — sensors, engineering, and complex challenges.

Vex IQ Robotics — competitive-level robotics for ages 8¾–13.

For creative kids (ages 5½–12): Art Camp —

sketching, watercolor, and acrylic painting.

NEW — Learn & Play Full-Day Camps (ages 5–10): themed weeks including Top Chef, Little Builders, Young Speakers, and Young CEOs. Hands-on enrichment with full-day hours — ideal for working parents who want more than childcare.

What a Week Looks Like

Monday, your child walks in not knowing anyone. By Wednesday, they’re debugging a robot with a new friend. Friday afternoon, they’re presenting what they built at our showcase while parents watch. That arc — from shy to proud in five days — is why families come back summer after summer.
