Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a place at a STEM4Kids camp through this website.

Booking and payment. A place is confirmed when payment is complete. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking; we do not take deposits. The price shown includes the camp week and any extended care or other options you choose. Discounts are applied automatically by the booking system, according to the rules in force at the time you book.

Ages. Every camp has an age range, and a child’s age is taken on the first day of the week you book. The booking system will not accept a child outside that range. If you believe a camp outside your child’s range is the right fit, book the camp that matches their age and email us — we will look at it with you.

Cancellations and refunds. Our cancellation policy, including the fees and the deadlines, is set out in full on our camp policies page, and that is the policy which applies to your booking. The refund figure quoted to you at the time you cancel is calculated from it.

If we cancel. If we have to cancel a camp week — for staffing, weather, or anything else — we refund that week in full.

What we expect at camp. We ask that children treat other campers, instructors and equipment with respect. If a child’s behaviour makes the camp unsafe or unworkable for the others, we will call you, and in rare cases ask you to collect them; we refund the days not attended.

Pickup. We release a child only to the adults on your pickup list. You can add to or change that list in your account at any time, including on the day.

Photographs and liability. The photo and media release and the liability waiver you sign at registration both apply to your booking. Both are on our camp policies page.
